So much can be said about this quote by Ilyas Kassam. I personally believe this quote is saying is that there is no such thing as freedom. Sure, this country is supposedly "free", but in all reality its not we are controlled and ristrained by money, family, the government, etc. The only place you are truly free is in your own mind you're in control no one else, creating your own free thought.
Delilah i like your reflection and how you describe how we supposedly are free but in the end we are only free to ourselves. Your summary couldn't be better.
